José Osorio

Certified Public Accountant from Villareal University and Lawyer from San Marcos University, with a Master’s degree in Finance and Corporate Law from ESAN University. He has studies in finance and costs from Wharton School, an MBA from Pacific University, a postgraduate specialization in Taxation and in International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the University of Lima, as well as studies at the Institute of Tax Law of the University of Sao Paulo; starting in 2016, he expanded his experience by training in Brazilian, Uruguayan, and Portuguese taxation, providing his advice on specific cases to clients from those countries. He has complemented his training with in-person studies in M&A at London Business School and in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford.
