Carolina Casas

Lawyer (Cum Laude) from the University of Lima, with a Master’s in Taxation and Fiscal Policy from the same university. Specialist in tax and corporate matters. Holds undergraduate studies in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain), with a Postgraduate Specialization in Taxation from the University of the Pacific and a Specialization in Corporate Law from ESAN University.

Her professional experience includes handling tax audits before SUNAT, sponsoring contentious and non-contentious tax procedures, in which she has achieved favorable results for her clients; tax consulting for clients in various economic sectors; tax advisory for high-net-worth individuals; and she has also participated in M&A operations.

She has been part of the Tax & Legal team at Deloitte Peru, at the firm Gálvez, Risso, Zegarra & Associates, and at AE Tax & Corporate Advisors. He was a member of the Editorial Commission of the Official Law Review of the University of Lima “Ius Et Praxis.”
